As a partner at Cadre Commercial Real Estate Advisors, she brings targeted marketing expertise to medical, assisted living, and commercial assets nationwide. She previously served as Director of Corporate Development at RE/MAX Premier Realty, where she led the brand's digital expansion throughout Central Florida.

Kelly holds a Digital Marketing certification from the University of Central Florida and is one of a rare few to achieve Full-Stack Meta Specialist status — certified across marketing science, creative strategy, media planning, and advanced API development.
